I have no idea if they were mating or fighting for their territory; it was going on for minutes. Once I got the shot, I left them alone.
This was another butterfly - doing a "butterfly" walk??
I honestly wonder if the snail had strayed too far from the grassy area and fearing that someone might stepped on it, I moved the snail to the grassy area.



All photos are fantastic but I must admit the best is #2. The reflection and the way it is standing straight up, is a wonderful eye candy. The white background really emphasizes the butterfly's beauty.

DeleteAll of these are wonderful. My favorite is #3 however: I'd never properly appreciated the beautiful colors of snail bodies and shells that you captured. Cool stuff!
