Monday Free-Choice: I took this photo almost 15 years ago when I worked in our capital city. I remember walking down by the river and looking back to the city buildings, on a warm summer day, and then seeing this bright reflection. I liked the blue sky, the dark windows of the building, and the bright reflection. As I recall, I could feel the heat from the reflection.
