in the Piazza of Milan's Duomo

The heart of Milan's history can be found simply by standing in the wonderful piazza of the Duomo.  On one side is the Cathedral, on another one of the most glamorous shopping centres I have ever seen, a great fountain and arcades with shops and restaurants on another side.  What is not to love?

The roof of the Galleria is now open to visitors, a whole different perspective!

  5. Very interesting and very beautiful in black and white. The Galleria ceiling and roof shots, including looking down at the ants, are extra nice.
