The flats in the photo features a mix of heights due to urban design planning, traffic noise shielding, and adaptation to the surrounding area. On the other side of the flats which is not in the photo, it has only 3 floors / stories to them.
Trying to visualize what you are saying.....the front looks like 7 stories but in reality there are only 3 stories to the building? So the extra 4 are just "decor"?
Oops, sorry about the confusion. I have added non essential information. Yes, the front building is 7 stories and they are for real with people living in it. The block of flats was kind of an L shape of which I wasn't able to shoot the entire building due to obstruction. The 3 stories building was on the extreme right. Hope this helps.
