There's a very nice bar in Franklin, Tennessee that styles itself as a speakeasy.  Its entrance is through an unmarked door on a back alley, and you request entrance by pulling down a big switch on the wall.  Eventually this sign appeared next to a different switch nearby on the alley wall:
