Tuesday Built, Found and Painted: This photo was taken a number of years ago when I was still employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I went out for many, many lunchtime walks over my 25-year career there. This was a photo that I took and never posted or shared, but always liked. The time has come to share it.
